Poly coated bird cage liners are 35-pound weight paper with an additional five pound extra thin plastic coating as a moisture barrier. There are customers that prefer the poly cage liners due to their ability to eliminate moisture from penetrating the bottom liners in the cage tray. These cage liners are ideal for birds that tend to sit in one place for extended periods of time making it difficult for the non-coated paper to handle all the moisture; they also have an aesthetically pleasing white color.
